Redeem a gift code

Open the FitLifeBud app, go to Settings and tap Redeem gift code. Enter the code exactly as you received it. You need to be signed in, and no card is required.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by your app store, so they are managed there.

iPhone: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose FitLifeBud.
Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and choose FitLifeBud.

To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Delete your account

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. You can also delete your account on the website. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first.
