1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FitLifeBud mobile applications (iOS and Android), website, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by FitLifeBud, with registered office at Vilnius, Lithuania("FitLifeBud", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are 16 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Account
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may delete your account at any time from the account deletion page.
4. The Service and AI-Generated Content
FitLifeBud uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized meal plans, nutritional information, and recommendations based on the data you provide. You understand that this content is generated automatically and is provided for general informational purposes only.
5. Medical Disclaimer
FitLifeBud is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, a registered dietitian, or another qualified health provider before starting, changing, or stopping any diet, nutrition, or exercise program.
The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including eating disorders. If you have or may have a medical condition, an eating disorder, food allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have other special dietary needs, consult a qualified professional before relying on any plan generated by the Service.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
6. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or nutritional adequacy of any meal plan, calorie estimate, or recommendation.
You are responsible for reviewing all recommendations and verifying ingredients before relying on them — in particular, always check for allergens and ingredients that may be unsafe for you. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features are offered through subscriptions purchased through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Payment is charged to your app store account, and your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You manage, cancel, or change subscriptions through your app store account settings, not through us. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by your app store in accordance with their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly. Prices and features may change, and we will give notice where required by law.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
8. Early Access and Waitlist
Our website may let you join a waitlist or register interest for early access. This is free, takes no payment, and does not guarantee access, availability, features, or any particular price. You may ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, or interfere with its operation or security;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
- Misuse the AI features, including attempts to extract harmful content or another user's data.
10. Intellectual Property and Your Content
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and transmit that content — including sending it to our AI providers — solely to operate and provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, AI processing, and subscription management. Your use of their services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitLifeBud and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of our registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of those rights. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
